Note 1: "Founder Formations"
are the type recommended by CNL. This method allows accountants and solicitors
to minimise the formal involvement of CNL in their client's records, and
it allows the client to be recorded as having played an important role
at the registration stage.
Note 2: What is commonly called a "shelf company",
that is, a pre-formed company with a meaningless name, is now rarely used
because there is no longer any delay in forming a company "to order".
